As a candidate for district-level accreditation, Ralston will be required to not only uphold the five standards of excellence established by AdvancED, but also commit to a rigorous process of continuous improvement.  The district accreditation process helps to assure parents and the community that Ralston is committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest potential.

Each building in the Ralston Public Schools has been accredited by NCA-CASI since 2004.  Moving from building to district-wide accreditation will help unify the school improvement processes throughout the district to ensure that all schools are moving in the same direction.  Each building will still have the ability to implement specific interventions that are designed to address the unique needs of their student population.  Under the district accreditation model, however, schools will now be able leverage the strengths of other buildings throughout the district in order to help them meet the needs of their students.
