‚ÄčBefore submitting the tech help ticket try these following suggestions.

1. Restart the device

2.  Reset the Browser Cache

3. Remove/Unable Browser Extensions

4. Check to make sure you are using the authenicated network for your building.   All district devices should NOT be using the Guest network.
