Dr. Anne Harley is a passionate, committed lifelong learner.  Anne earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from UNL,  a Masters Degree in Elementary Reading from Texas Woman’s University, a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Doane, and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from UNO.  Her 35 years in public education include serving as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, and curriculum coordinator.  Currently, Dr. Harley is an Educational Consultant/Coach with ESU #3.  

Anne purchased her home in Ralston in April 2020, and immediately became invested in building relationships with RPS stakeholders.  She is so excited to be a part of the bond issue journey – such a remarkable and important time for our community!  Anne is looking forward to engaging with Ralston families while RPS continues to thrive. 

Other areas of interest include:  volunteering with Little White Dog Rescue; enjoying adventures in her camper van; tutoring; Husker football; and spending time with her dogs, friends, and loved ones.
