Mrs. Jayme Fauble
My days in Ralston began as a preschool student in 1989 at Mockingbird Elementary before moving on to Blumfield to finish my elementary years. I graduated from Ralston High School in 2003 and immediately began my degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education in December of 2007. After graduation, I substitute taught for Ralston. After one semester, I was hired as a 4th grade teacher at Blumfield. I have been at Blumfield since the fall of 2008, teaching several different grade levels, including 3rd and 4th grade. While teaching, I completed my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Doane College. I am currently working on my Master's of Educational Counseling degree through Doane. I am always excited to learn new things to bring to the classroom in order to help my students!
In 2012 I became a mother to my twins, Lilly and Brooks. They both attend school at Meadows Elementary and are always excited about what they are learning there. I also have two step-sons, Collin and Chapman who helped complete my beautiful family. I am passionate about Ralston Schools as a former student and current teacher. Ralston is a great place to be, we are supportive and passionate about our students and staff and I am glad to be a part of that.
When asked what my favorite part of teaching is I always say the same thing, I love the connections I make with students, the diversity of our district and the impact I can make on a child's life. Something I didn't expect to gain from teaching is the lasting impact my students would have on my life. My students teach me about resilliance, courage, passion and much more. I am proud to be a part of Ralston Public Schools!
