Mrs. Carlow joined the Ralston High School family in 2009.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wayne State College.  She transferred into the College and Career Center in 2016, where she works today as the College and Career Coordinator.  Mrs. Carlow is the liaison between college representatives, businesses, and military personnel who reach out to students at the high school.  She arranges college campus visits as well as visits to area businesses.  Mrs. Carlow keeps students informed of available scholarships and leadership conferences that are offered, and is always excited to find ways to celebrate student success. 

In addition to her role in the Counseling Center, Mrs. Carlow is the building coordinator for the Teammates Mentoring Program.  She helps more than 50 students and mentors arrange meetings every week.
