Mr. Farr has been with Ralston Public Schools since 2006.  He earned his Bachelor's degree in K-12 Physical Education from Wayne State College in 2006 and his Masters degree in School Counseling from Chadron State College in 2020.  He taught physical education and was an elementary school counselor before becoming the school counselor at Ralston Middle School.  Along with his counseling duties at Ralston Middle School, Mr. Farr is the Head Cross Country and Boys Track & Field Coach at Ralston High School.
