During the 2022-2023 school year, the Ram Power Award was given to RPS professionals who went above and beyond for students, the community, or their fellow staff members during their day to day job. Nominations were submitted by parents, staff members, and students. All employees were eligible to receive this award. Awards were presented on a monthly basis.
