Mrs. McCauley has been a proud member of the Ralston Public School community since 2020. During her time here, she has held various roles, including pottery and graphic design instructor, Fine Arts Department Chair, DECA Advisor, and class sponsor. 

She has consistently advocated for the unique value of the district, providing students with many opportunities to explore their interests, engage with the school community, and develop into well-rounded individuals prepared for success in their future endeavors. 

Mrs. McCauley shows commitment to student success by fostering positive relationships and creating a safe and supportive environment that ensures that all students feel empowered to engage deeply with their learning and are motivated to strive for their highest potential.
