Ms. Lisa Schroeder
After a coaching career that has spanned more than 25 years, Lisa Schroeder understands the value of relationships, work ethic, and teamwork. That is the foundation upon Meadows Elementary is built. Schroeder works hand in hand with Meadows staff and families as an advocate to ensure students are given every opportunity to grow as kind, positive learners and leaders who will make their mark as difference makers in this world.
Schroeder has served students, staff, and families in education since 1994. She joined Ralston Public Schools in 2007 as a seventh grade language arts teacher at Ralston Middle School. Due to her passion for athletics and extracurricular opportunities, she assumed the role of assistant principal and activities director at RMS in 2009. Since 2011, she has been part of an extraordinary group of dynamic educators at Meadows Elementary who live by the old adage, “There is no ‘I’ in team.” The collaborative culture and the value placed on relationships at Meadows is what drives success.
