  • Winter Updates

    The boys basketball team played Beatrice this past Saturday in the RCC tourney and lost.  Chaz Callum scored 22 points in the loss.

    The girls team battled Mercy into the fourth quarter but came up short and lost 53 to 48.  This was a regular season game on Monday.

    In spite of the weather, Ramageddon took place this past Saturday and all invited schools were able to attend.  The event was another success thanks to the show choir sponsors, parents, show choir members and volunteers.  

    The wrestling team went to Plattsmouth this past Saturday and Ralston medaled four wrestlers.  Gabriel James was a Champion at 160!

    RHS was a busy place this past Saturday with Ramageddon, two freshman basketball games, and a large dive invitational.  In addition both basketball teams played away games and our wrestlers went to Plattsmouth.  GO RAMS!

  • RCC Basketball

    The girls basketball team lost to Beatrice yesterday (1/17) 52 to 39.  Freshman Alex Johnson scored 14 points; the girls will play Saturday at Mercy.  The game will tip off at 1 pm.

    The boys team defeated Gross 62 to 56 as Sophomore Chaz Callum scored 25.  The boys will play at Beatrice Saturday 1/19 at 145 pm.

  • Show Choir

    The show choir season has officially started!  Ralston has a tradition of a strong show choir program and this year will be no different.  RHS has three levels of show choir including RUSH, RUNWAY, and RAMPAGE.  The three teams particpated in Gretna this past weekend and the varsity group RUSH made finals and finished as Third Runner Up!  

    Ralston will host our own show choir compeitition this weekend.  Friday night (1/18) will be the middle school division and the high school division will take place all day Saturday.  Come on out and enjoy Ramageddon!!

  • Ralston Wrestling and Swimming

    The wrestling team lost a hard fought dual to Waverly on 1/8 and then travelled to Roncalli this past weekend to compete in the RCC Championships.  The team finished in third place.  Mikey Mass was a conference champion at 113!

    The Ralston/Gross swim and dive team competed in the Skutt Invite this past Friday and Saturday.  The girls team placed third and the boys team finished as team champions!

  • Boys and Girls Basketball

    The boys basketball team is currently playing in the RCC tournament.  The boys played highly ranked Skutt Catholic on Tuesday 1/15.  Ralston played well but lost 69 to 63.  The team will now travel to Gross to play the Cougars on Thursday 1/17....there will be a JV game at 530 with the varsity tipping off at 7.

    The girls team also lost to Skutt in the first round of the RCC tournament and will play Beatrice at Beatrice on Thursday 1/17 in a varsity only contest starting at 6 pm.

    The boys basketball team fell to rival Gross this past Firday night.  The girls also played Gross right before the boys game and lost in a game that was tight until the  middle of the fourth quarter.  The girls play at Concordia Tuesday and the boys have a home game vs Norris on 1/11.  Please check rivercitiesconference.org for game times and locations.  GO RAMS!

    The wrestling team competed at Wisner Pilger this past Saturday.  Ralston finished in 2nd place as a team!  Individual champions included Mikey Mass at 113, Caden Corcoran at 120, Miguel James at 145, and Gabe James at 160.  GO RAMS!

    The Ralston Wrestling Team has 3 wins and 6 losses in dual action.  The team also competed at Blair, Crete, and was 4th in our own Jim McGrath Invite.  The team competes against Waverly this coming Tuesday in Ralston at 7 pm.

    The girls basketball team competed hard but lost two basketball games in the Louisville Holiday Tournament.  The girls were defeated by Nebraska City and Fillmore Central.

    The boys basketball team defeated Nebraska City 61 to 58 and Fillmore Central 73 to 48 to win the Louisville Holiday Tournament held on December 28th and 29th.

  • Swimming Update

    The Ralston/Gross swim teams defeated Skutt in a dual last night (1/3) in the Ralston pool.  

    The girls won 103 to 81 and the boys defeated Skutt 122.5 to 72.5.

    The Ralston/Gross swim and dive teams will compete next Friday night (dive) and Saturday (swim) in the Skutt Invite which is held at Ralston High School.
