What is the Ram Power Award?

Do you follow Superintendent Dr. Mark Adler on social media? If so, you know he enjoys showing his support of an RPS achievement, activity, or event with the words, “Boom! Ram Power!” It is the seal of approval from our District leader. When thinking about a fun and unique way to recognize RPS staff members, the District decided to look to the Superintendent for inspiration. We are excited to introduce the Ram Power Award!

The Ram Power Award will be given to RPS professionals who go above and beyond for students, the community, or their fellow staff members during their day to day job.

All employees are eligible to receive this award. It could be an employee who displayed outstanding leadership skills for a school-wide project or class, led a program or activity that contributed to the needs of students, or demonstrated daily high standards of performance. Whatever it is, RPS professionals deserve to be recognized for their strong commitment to the students of the Ralston Public Schools.
