Below is a summary of the District-wide plans for #BeKind Week 2022 (October 17 - 21). Each building is encouraged to celebrate these theme days and take part in the activities.

The focus of the week is on spreading kindness and making positive connections, at school and in our community.

It is a movement that focuses on what it means to be kind in person and in the digital world, to help make school environments a welcoming place for all students.

Ralston Public Schools (RPS) and Applewood Hy-Vee are proud to host "Donuts with Doc" during #BeKind Week 2022. This special activity is just for RPS students.

We are asking every student who would like to participate, to please fill out the form linked below.

Students will have until 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 to fill out the survey.

Two students from each school will be selected on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Winners will be notified in the afternoon. On Friday, October 21st, Superintendent Dr. Adler will drive a bus to each school, pick up the selected students, and take them to Applewood Hy-Vee for a donut and juice #BeKind Party. The students will then be taken back to their buildings to finish the day.
